二、岗位设置目的

建立和完善集团招聘管理体系，并保证其持续有效运行。根据集团业务发展需要，全国招聘市场、雨虹关联行业的政策和需求、岗位薪酬带等情况进行调研、整理和分析，组织制定集团整体招聘体系及实施目标。

（三）工作职责

职责一：建立和完善集团招聘管理体系

主要任务

1、 建立和完善公司招聘制度、流程；
2、 建立、健全公司整体组织架构，规范招聘管理工作机制；
3、 协助分管领导完成与相关部门、合作机构的沟通联络工作

职责二：公司招聘需求分析

主要任务

1、 对公司的外部招聘环境进行分析，包括政治形势、法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境及行业环境等，形成招聘优势分析报告，并不定期向分管领导汇报；
2、定向总结汇报全国所有子公司及生产运营系统岗位需求合理性及培养机制，包括外部招聘需求制订、开展安排及统筹性信息匹配安排

职责三：招聘编制制定

主要任务

1、 围绕集团发展的全局性、战略性和前瞻性为集团提供下一年公司整体编制及需求，相应岗位的薪资调整及招聘策略；
2、 组织、领导招聘团队定期进行招聘技能及各类招聘渠道培训；
3、 协助集团高级管理层组织制订和修订集团中长期高管储备及猎聘计划，针对雨虹公司内部猎聘职位及难点基础类岗位提供有效支持；
4、 对集团下属公司招聘情况进行统筹分析及总结，给予合理的招聘解决方案及渠道支持，适当性可突击一些新增设的子公司及工厂管理岗位及重要职能岗位类。

职责四：人才盘点与改进

主要任务

1、 对公司所有部门做好人才盘点工作及岗位工作饱满态势进行访谈式总结及制定合理的部门编制，严格把控用人部门岗位需求编制存在重岗、工作重叠和编制浪费现象；
2、跟踪、监控和评价集团招聘实施情况，提出不断改进和完善的对策建议，并在每年的总结计划中滚动调整集团的发展目标和规划指标

职责五：行业研究及分析

主要任务

1、 收集国内外同行业先进企业资料，总结先进招聘经营理念、管理体制、管理方法，提高内部管理水平,为公司提高核心竞争力和管理、技术创新提供建设性意见；
2、 组织竞争对手的研究，获取竞争对手的招聘核心信息，为公司的前瞻性招聘规划提供建议及支持；

职责六：日常工作

主要任务

1、 积极参加公司组织的各项招聘活动和其他培训提升类活动；
2、 遵守公司管理规章制度及流程；
3、 负责对部门人员进行考核；
4、 负责调查部门内部培训需求，组织部门内部培训；
5、 定期向分管领导汇报工作，定期听取部门内部员工的工作汇报；
6、 实施、保持和持续改进各项管理体系；
7、 领导交办的其他工作。



四、任职资格要求



所需学历及经验

八年年以上房企、建筑业、生产制造及原材料供应等行业工作经验，有国内外知名上市公司招聘经验者优先



知识技能要求

招聘管理、招聘规划组织设定、招聘绩效管理等企业管理综合知识



能力素质要求

较强的与人沟通能力，较强的团队意识，高度的责任感，对工作积极严谨，勇于承担压力。

Oriental Yuhong is responsible for solving all waterproofing problems for human beings.
